Now that you have booked for your collection we’ll send you plastic security wallets along with cable ties. Once these arrive, you can print off your labels and insert into the wallets. If you have any issues the driver will be more than happy to help.

Normally drivers will not contact you to prior to collection. However, we prefer a local contact number for collections outwith the UK as our local courier may try to contact to ensure you will be available.
11:59pm the night before is the deadline for next day collection.
Leave your luggage with the hotel reception or agent and your luggage will be collected on the scheduled date between 9am and 6pm.
Unless you purchased cancellation and booking cover an admin fee will apply if it's more than 24 hours after your booking.
We’ll email your labels 10 days before you travel.
Yes, within the EU you can.
Custom rules or charges do not apply within the EU. However, if your order is international (outwith the European Union) it is your responsibility to ensure that it complies with the customs rules of the relevant country and you will be responsible for payment of any duties/charges or taxes imposed by the relevant country. If you’re travelling within the EU – print them off and put them into the plastic security wallets we’ll send you in the post.
If you’re travelling outwith the EU - print 4 copies of the commercial invoice for both journeys and hand them to the driver, then print the shipping labels and insert them into the plastic security wallets.
