What happens next?

Now that you have booked for your collection we’ll send you plastic security wallets along with cable ties. Once these arrive, you can print off your labels and insert into the wallets. If you have any issues the driver will be more than happy to help.

How do I attach the plastic wallet to my case?

Insert the labels for your journey. Tie securely to your suitcase handle with the plastic cable ties provided.

Which countries do you ship to?

Do Custom Rules Apply?

Custom rules or charges do not apply within the EU.

Can I send gels, toothpaste and liquids?

Yes, within the EU you can.

I want my item collected tomorrow, when is the cut off for next day collection?

11:59pm the night before is the deadline for next day collection.

I want to cancel or change my booking

Unless you purchased cancellation and booking cover an admin fee will apply if it's more than 24 hours after your booking.

When can I print my labels?

We’ll email your labels 10 days before you travel.

What happens to my luggage when I’m coming home?

Advise the hotel reception or agent that someone will come to collect your luggage on the scheduled collection date.

When my holiday finishes what time will my luggage be delivered?

Anytime between 9am and 4pm.

What do I do with the labels?

If you’re travelling within the EU – print them off and put them into the plastic security wallets we’ll send you in the post.

If you’re travelling outwith the EU - print 4 copies of the commercial invoice for both journeys and hand them to the driver, then print the shipping labels and insert them into the plastic security wallets.
