A Step-by-Step guide on how to arrange your luggage collection & delivery.
This couldn’t be simpler. All you have to do is complete the quick quote, fill in the booking form with your collection and delivery address, and we’ll handle the rest! It's very important that you supply a contact phone number and name of the person receiving your luggage. This will ensure that when our driver is delivering your luggage there will be no problems.
After you’ve paid for your luggage to be collected, we’ll send you an email with your luggage labels for single and return journeys. Print all of these off and insert them into the plastic wallet and cable ties which will be sent to you, immediately after you’ve booked. The plastic wallet and ties should arrive within 1-2 working days. Insert all labels into the wallet and the driver will happily assist if you have any issues.
Your luggage will be collected between 12.00pm-4.30pm.
